Pain for over 24 hours

Last night after eatting dinner ( Fired pork chops, mash potatoes, english peas and fresh tomatoes - 1 or 2 later i began to have pain in right upper stomach area - bad intergestion with sharp pains, hard to breath this has been going on since last night today I feel intense pain in right side stomach feel to be swollen and chills no fever yet but I feel like throwing up sick. What in the world is the matter - our receptionist said it was my gallbladder ?

Call the doctor while you are having symptoms and let them run some tests.

what you're feeling definately sounds like something is wrong with your gallbladder.  It makes sense that it would cause you alot of pain after your dinner last night(fried pork chops), because pain in the gallbladder is made alot worse when it is trying to digest fat.  It causes that intense pain you described, and the other symptoms.  Anyway, I would really encourage you to go to your doctor and get it checked out - hope everything works out alright.
