My acid reflux is worse, even the medications(Losec) is seems to not work. Also I am burbing some air. I have diarrhea least once a week and mukus on my stool on daily basis or just mukus. Red blood cells was find in my urine, also my blood is showing some inflimation (this is what I was told by emargency doctor on this Tuesday).4 months ago I was hospitalyzed(doctors was thinking that I have gold blatter problems), but ultrasound showed a liquid under my right ribcage.I was tested for blood clocks-negative. I was then released with no answers. My pains are even worse. On daily basis I am taking pain pills, but they seems to not work to good anymore.Just few days I had my ultrasound done again and same day cat scan. Doctors told me that they tought that there was something wrong on ultrausound(what was is they did not told me)but my cat scan came negative. So I do not have any answers again. In tha past week I star had discomfort and pressure in my through and chest, specially when I am flat on my back and when I swallow. I am getting frustrated.Nobody have for me any answers and I still have more and more pains. What do you think my problem can be? Now I do have appointment with specialist(gastro) in August. Should I ask for another tests? Thank you for your feedback.PS: Sorry for my swpelling-English is my second language.

Gallstones can be different colors, red, brown, yellow, black or green. The green ones are the ones you want to see. It should be soft and when opened you can see they are made up of pure cholesterol. Marble sized gallstones are possible but you would have been in excruciating pain if a gallstone that large was in your duct. My guess is that you are eliminating old fecal matter maybe brought on by the exercising. Make sure you continue having regular bowel movements and I encourage you to go when you feel the urge. Try not to hold your bowel movement. That's what causes constipation and your system gets backed up. Also, drink plenty of water.

Have either of you had what I can only describe as a "spasm" in the rectal area?  This doesn't happen to me often, once ever couple of months and usually at night (wakes me from sleep).  I will wake with a dull pain somewher in rectal area and have learned to go take 2 Advil ASAP.  The pain feel like someone squeezing and I am uncomfortable sitting and laying down and just basically pace the floor until the Advil kicks in - generally about 30 minutes, then go back to bed.  My sister as the same thing happen to her, so I'm assuming it's genetic.  After a thorough examination, and finding nothing, her doctor suggests it a spasm of some type.
To follow up on my initial post of eliminating marble size pieces of excrement with some blood after rebouding, I'm happy to say that it hasn't occured again since then.  So I don't know if rebouding on the mini tramp "jarred" loose some bile deposits or gallstones or what, but the chest pain has gone away as well as the pain underneath right breast . . . so far.  So, in my judgment, I think something digestive had gone wrong and perhaps by passing those marblelike pieces, things have cleared up?
Does that sound like gallstones or bilirium?

i've had similarly located pain and upset digeative system after taking antibitics - doc suggested pro-biotic (acidphilus) and it went after after a few days.
Also sounds like reflux to me (I had it until it was fixed by an operation). Try stronger medications and maybe an gastroscopy inspection of your espohagus to see if there is inflamation caused by acid - I had a small hiatus hernis and my sphincter was irritated. good luck!

The ultrasound is certainly a reasonable first test to evaluate for pain in that area.  It can look for problems in the gallbladder or liver.  I'm not quite sure what to make of the fluid - difficult to speculate without seeing the actual report.

If the ultrasound doesn't explain the symptoms, you can also evaluate for other GI causes for your symptoms.  This can include the various causes of dyspepsia - ulcers, GERD, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.  You can consider an upper GI series or an upper endoscopy to evaluate for these conditions.

THese options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I have had very similar symptoms, pain under right rib cage which radiates under right breast and some occasional low back pain, a general heaviness between rib cage.
Recently I have taken up rebounding for exercise.  The first day, I felt the urge for a bowel movement during rebouding.  I waited until I was done exercising (about 30 minutes) before using the bathroom.  When I did go, I passed 8-10 marble-sized pieces that looked as if there could have contained some blood.  My normal bowel movement that day did not contain any blood.  After rebouding the next day, I passed about two similar sized pieces.  Today, I didn't pass anything after rebounding, but did feel a slight urge for a bowel movement during the rebouding.  The urge has been gradually deceasing each day during exercise.
Could I be passing gallstone or some type of bile clot?
Thanks!

Pain under the right ribcage is usually gallbladder or liver. Have they checked you for stones. Sometimes stones can be missed on certain tests, but that doesn't mean they are not there. Since your acid reflux is worse and you are having pain in the throat and chest especially on swallowing and lying flat, it sounds like a stone may be stuck. Do you have nausea and/or vomiting? Are your bowel movements different in color? Anything different in your life when these symptoms started? A new baby or pregnancy can be hard on the liver and gallbladder.Stay the course until you get the right answers and know that pain is your body's warning signal that something is wrong.
