Severe RUQ pain

Hi Doctor,
  About a year ago I started experiencing symptoms a few weeks after having unprotected sex with a partner of unknown status. My symptoms started as fever, right-upper quadrant pain, night sweats, and malaise. I somewhat recovered but wound up with a nasty UTI, that kept recurring, with a lot of pelvic pain and pain during intercourse. This pelvic pain has subsided but my right upper quadrant pain has been constant and increasing in nature, to this day it wakes me up every night, Im covered in sweat, and I have a hard time taking a deep breath. I have also lost all my appetite, and am constantly nauseous, extremely fatigued, and barely able to keep up with my life.The pain is constant and gets worse from movement of any kind. I also have a very foul breath. I am also having problems urinating right now, as I can drink a lot but not much comes out. I have gone through extensive testing - STDs, infectious diseases, gastroenterological studies (CT scan, ultrasounds, colonoscopy, HIDA scan - ejection ratio 72%), LFTs, viruses (CMV, EBV, HEP A/B/C), bacterial infections, food allergies, but nothing shows up. I was placed on a trial of amitryptiline, low dose, for pain relief, but it does not seem to be helping. I've been doing some research online and one thing that keeps coming up is Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome. I know I do not fit the typical criterion (no STD has been found), but I read it can occur without a presence of STD or PID, especially given that I had a bad pelvic infection within weeks of experiencing the acute RUQ symptoms.

I don't know how to get evaluated for this disorder. Which doctor do I need to see to either confirm FHC or rule it out? Which tests should I do? I

Start with a urologist.  You need to pee.  Then see an Internist. He can then decide which way to go with it.
