Find a GOOD NUTRITIONIST who can help you to GREATLY IMPROVE YOUR DIET.
Bloat can be caused by a poor diet, and lack of exercise, and dehydration.
Bloat can also result from a LACTOSE intolerance. Lactose is milk sugar. If you have Lactose intolerance, use LACTASE enzymes (like "lactaid") when you drink milk or eat milk products.
Bloat can come from medications (like anti-biotics) that killed off the GOOD intestinal BACTERIA, called ACIDOPHILUS/BIFIDUS. You can buy these beneficial bacteria (ACIDOPHILUS/BIFIDUS), that are also called "pro-biotics", at health food stores. Some people have to take these daily, to regain intestinal health!
Bloat can be caused by CELIAC DISEASE ("gluten" intolerance). A gluten-free diet is the "cure" for Celiac Disease. Avoid all foods that contain gluten for a week, and see what happens. Gluten is found in WHEAT, RYE, OATS, BARLEY, and BUCKWHEAT. NO BAGELS FOR A WEEK!!
So, what's left to eat, you ask? BROWN RICE is gluten-free!!! Health food stores sell gluten free pastas and breads! Also gluten-free, are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish, meat, etc.
Also, see a GOOD DOCTOR, like a GI (Gastro-intestinal) doc, in case you might have some MEDICAL CONDITIONS that you need to fix quickly, that are causing the bloat!!!
