Symptoms - Cough, Yellow Mustard Colored Stool, Fatigue

I have been sick since July 7th.  Began with a hacking cough with a little bit of mucus. Followed by heavy cough with dark yellow mucus. Had fever and was fatigued.  Doctor gave me antibiotic - z-pak, but cough never left.  Took blood test.  Creatinine level is slightly high 1.31.  Uric Acid is high 7.2, Phophorus is high 4.7. Triglycerides 244, white blood cell count(Eosinophil Absolute) is high 850 and wbc is 10.9.  Cough continues. Am having various colored stool from day to day but have noticed it is pale on some days.  Today it was a  yellow mustard color.  Still coughing but not as much and still spitting up white mucus now.  May be running a slight fever.  Normal fever is 95-96.  I'm now around 97.  Had gone up to as high as 99.4 before antibiotic.  I have high blood pressure but keep that undercontrol with medicine.  And doctor has now prescribed vitamins -- lymph formula; thorne C with bio flavonoids, zinc, lysene, black elderberry, tangelbit, undecyn and thyrosol.   Feel sicker when I am at work.  Voice is hoarse and has been since July 7.  I know there could be some kidney problem because creatinine is slighly high and I am seeing a kidney specialist on Tuesday.  Do you have any idea what is wrong with me?  Also I have mitral valve prolapse.  Diagnosed 30 years ago but never had any problem.  And when I am well rested and walk on treadmill I perspire alot but I also feel it is cleaning me out and my breathing seems better.  Actually any kind of exercise has caused me to perspire alot.  Can you offer any advice?

Chronic cough is usually due to one of asthma, GERD, or post-nasal drip.  Obtaining appropriate imaging, pulmonary function, or upper GI evaluation would be appropriate.

A change in the color of the stool to a lighter color can be due to a blockage in the biliary tree.  An ultrasound and/or MRCP would evaluate for this.  

I agree with the kidney referral given the slightly elevate creatinine.  

I would suggest seeing a pulmonary specialist for further evaluation of the chronic cough.

as silly as it may sound, you have loads of symptoms of untreated or undertreated hypothyroidism even if blood tests say ok. I have similar symptoms and it often is associated with mvp.

Just thought I would let you know.
