Toddler Tummy and Food Problems

I have a 20mnth old son. I breastfed him for only 6 weeks as he would have screaming attacks, wouldnt settle and a lot of crying. Infacol and Gripewater made him more grizzly and would make him spill. Nothing changed when I changed things in my diet. He wasnt a lot better on formula and at 3 months the Doctor said it was Reflux as he had a couple of power chucks as well but all the reflux meds just made him more grizzly. When he started on solids he didnt get any better either.
There are so many things he cant seem to eat now, its really hard finding something he CAN eat. We have been to paediatricians, dieticians, nutritionists, had a ultrasound done, gastroenterologist, cealic test done and they all say nothing is wrong with him as he is putting on weight and doesnt come out in rashes or anything else to suggest allergies. But when he eats something he cant handle, he gets VERY whingy, gassy, wont settle, wakes up screaming, constipated, but doesnt get diareah, has grey circles under the eyes.

We tried different milks when he was younger like Goats, soy, lactose free but this didnt help either.

Foods he cant eat:
Rice, noodles, pasta, corn, maize, carrots, breadsticks, raisins, bananas, biscuits, cornflakes, rice bubbles, spaghetti, jam, medicines, yoghurts (unless they have no sugar or fruit) and even pears and other fruits for babies, sausages, fats and only about 3/4 slice bread.

Could this be a BOWEL problem rather than allergy/intolerance?, we know there is a problem but no-one seems to be able to say whats wrong with him.

Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Difficult to say without evaluation.

I would discuss these options with a pediatric gastroenterologist.  It seems like you have undergone many of the more conservative therapies, imaging studies can be considered to look for anatomical abnormalities.  This can include a CT scan or ultrasound.  Suspicious findings may lead to endoscopy to rule out any stricture or upper GI disorders.

Again, these options and questions can be discussed with your personal physician, or in consultation with the specialist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Have anyone looked into carbohydrate intolerance (this would cover fruit and veggie and grain).
