You are over sensitive to something you are eating, something you can't tolerate.
Eliminate most possible problematic foods, and start with the most simple diet of 2 or max 5 things at the time.
Write down all what you eat.
Most people can tolerate freshly pressed vegetable juices, rice, fish, some kind of meat.
Sooner or later you will find what you can't tolerate.
Most common food allergies and food intolerance is intolerance to:
- industrial milk products (raw milk is easier to tolerate )
- eggs
- nuts
- msg
- gluten
- aspartame
- industrially processed foods
- strong spices
- vinegar
- sugar
- alcohol
- maragarine
- hydrogenated fats
Eliminate entirely those foods from your diet for 14 days.
If you prevent problems by doing so, then you know that one or several of those foods are problematic for your gut.
Then, add not more then one of them per day into your diet, and you will find what the problem is.
The one that causes symptoms is BINGO!
I was intolerant to:
- milk products
- eggs
- vinegar
- sugar
- baked meat
- maragarine
- many industrially processed foods
I was for 10 years on strict diet, to avoid digestive problems, fatigue, candida, ...
And, then when I was rady, the cure find me. I cured it in 3 months, by cleansing intestines and my liver.

I don't care what you eat that you are intolerant to, your sphincter muscles should be able to control the bowels until you choose to eliminate. That's my reasoning about my incontinency of gas. I have run the spectrum of digestive aids, food allergies, enemas, eliminating gassy foods, etc.... But I always come back to this question: Even if I have too much gas, shouldn't I have the ability to hold it in?
If I were you, I would see a colorectal surgeon. Good luck.
I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAD SIMILAR SYMPTOMS AND CONDITIONS AND THEY STARTED A "PROCESS OF ELIMINATION" AND FOUND THAT IT WAS CAUSED BY DAIRY PRODUCTS. HE DRANK MILK BEFORE GOING TO BED AT NIGHT AND ALSO ENJOYED ICE CREAM...HE GAVE IT UP AND HIS PROBLEM WAS GONE.
