White bits in stool

I have a normal medium brown coloured stool but sometimes spot whit bits in the stool. Is this just food or something else

Anyone got any ideas?

Oh, I forgot about worms!  That's right! They are white! My daughter had worms once.  It is easily treated.  The doctor will want a stool sample.  They can give you a prescription for a pill that kills the worms.  It doesn't have any side effects that I can remember.  One big symptom of worms is having a very itchy rectum.

Um, I don't really know much about it, but I have heard that worms can be white things in your stool. I'm sure if you look at them closely you could tell if they are worms or food.

Some things don't digest in the stomach/intestines, like tomato seeds or sesame seeds.  could be something like that.
