Try Phazyme, available OTC. It's pricey, can't remember how much, but everytime I buy it I'm amazed by how much it costs. It really works, I'm a very gassy gal.
In my case, more or less by accident, I discovered that Hi Potency B vitamin capsules reduced gas substantially. Barend
Oh, peanut butter is a good idea. I have some organic peanut butter in the fridge. No preservatives. Thanx for the tip.
You may want to also try Gas-X.
I also found that peanut butter (creamy, organic) calms down belch contractions and gas. Just a small amount on a spoon. Within minutes contractions relax. It also takes away that nexium or PPI stomach gurgling. (Nothing like sitting in a meeting and having these weird sounds coming out!)
Andy
what is the appoximate cost for it? And could you put if the amount is in american or canadian dollars? Thanx
Hi!
My friend has a similar problem and when she consulted the doctor he recommended 'Beano' for it. It is a natural digestive enzyme which should ideally take care of the problem. She just bought it today so will see how it works. You may wish to try that too or I can get back to you after a few weeks to tell u if it works.
