hi about 4 months ago i had bowl movements that had no color at all. My doctor told me that i had just eaten too much fat and that why the color. I remembered that i did have too much fatty food the evening before but know i am paranoid when i type up pale or clay stools on the internet i get all kinds bad problems. Ever since the pale stools have come out i have noticed that the brown is a lot lighter than before, i have never had a pale color since that time but what is the actually color of "pale" and " clay". My doctor told me as long as it is any shade of brown i have nothing to worry about.
