discharge in stool


my BM this morning was normal (color/texture) but there was an orange oily discharge with it.  And I still had it with my next.
No new foods were eaten, and a three days b-4 I had finished taking some pills (echinecea, calcium, goldensea, fiber pill)for three days in small doses, which I have taken b-4 for 2 weeks and no problems.  Not sexually active for two months.  What is this? and should I be worried?
