mourning problems

For the last 2yrs almost every mourning I have to make several
bowel movements never feeling complete.I feel nausea and
if I do some twisting and walking excersise I can get myself
to burping which brings some relieve.By 1-2pm I feel fine.
Stools most of the time are soft loose.I'm 48 & always
where regular.I started doing more fundamentals like not
eating late, walking and improved my diet, and also switch
foods to see if any 1 food made a difference.Lately the
nausea is increasing with burping.I may have to go 5-6
times before I feel empty. Some bloating feeling 2.I need to go to work early
and so this is now a major problem.I have no medical
insurence so I need to be as efficient as I can with
solutions.Please help.Thank You.

There can be several reasons for the constant nausea - including GERD, an ulcer, obstruction, inflammation of the upper digestive tract, infection or gastroparesis - to name a few.

An initial evaluation can include an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to evaluate most of the upper digestive disorders.  More specialized testing, like a gastric emptying scan, can be considered if the initial tests are negative.

A colonoscopy or sigmoidoscopy can be done to evaluate the lower GI tract if the loose bowel movements continue.  Things like inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, or infection can be considered.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I have the morning cramping and bowel movement before I even eat. Then I'm mostly fine until the next day.  I did that for 6 months last year until I finally was having diarrhea and chills..then fever.  It turned out I had bacterial overgrowth. An antibiotic ..I'll have to check what it was as it was not the usual Zithromax type of thing. I was completely better within days.  I'm having problems again 6 months after that and wondering if it's back. At any rate..look up bacterial overgrowth and see if it fits your symtoms.
