What you describe, sounds like a "dys-biosis", which means that the antibiotic, Tetracycline, killed off all your GOOD, BENEFICIAL, INTESTINAL BACTERIA, resulting in your problems.
"Dys-biosis" means:
DYS=BAD, DIFFICULT, PAINFUL, DISORDERED (from my Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary).
BIOSIS=BACTERIA THAT ARE "NORMALLY" IN THE LARGE INTESTINE
So, to make a long story short, you need to do 2 things, to get better, in my opinion:
1)STOP TAKING THE DANGEROUS DRUG, TETRACYCLINE, and find alternative, gentle, effective ways of treating your "acne".
Yes, you should speak with your doctor about this. Explain your concerns, and READ ABOUT THE BAD SIDE EFFECTS of this antibiotic, in the "package insert". Your pharmacist who sold you this medicine, should have warned you, in advance, about potential bad side effects. So should your doctor, but...unfortunately, this is partly what's wrong with our medical system, nowadays!
2)REPLACE THE BENEFICIAL BACTERIA that are now missing (killed off by the antibiotic) from your "gut" (large intestine). This means, go to a good health food store, and buy some "PRO-BIOTICS", such as ACIDOPHILUS & BIFIDUS!!! Take these twice a day, or follow label directions.
Yogurt, Kefir, & Buttermilk also often have "live cultures" of probiotics. If milk doesn't bother you, this can also help.
If milk is a problem for you, you can buy milk-free preparations of "pro-biotics" at the health food store!
If you are lactose intolerant, but not "allergic" to milk, you could try eating yogurt, right after taking a LACTASE ENZYME pill (like "Lactaid"): The Lactase Enzyme prevents diarrhea caused by lactose-intolerant people eating lactose (milk-sugar), found in milk products.
3)While you are at the health food store, buying the "pro-biotics" (and keep Acidophilus/Bifidus in a cooler, until they get to your refrigerator), look in their book section, and ask store salespeople, about NATURAL, GENTLE, HARMLESS, EFFECTIVE, ways to treat acne. There are many! :-)
I wish you the best!
Sincerely,
Concerned lady

Every where you read it say's, check with your doctor is you have a change in you system that last more then two weeks. It may be a reaction to the medicine your taking. It may be something else. But, my advise would be to get it checked.
Hope I helped a little bit.
