Worried about probable infection

Dear Dr.
I am a man aged 30. Three and a half months ago I had oral sex
and then protected sex with a lady which I did not know her HIV status.
Being afraid of infecting my wife, 4 days after the sex I had an HIV
test which came out as negative. Two weeks after the act I developed
fungui (which was very itchy) between the testicles and the legs, and
got treatment using metarconazole, and my wife also developed some
creamy vaginal fluid and this was treated using demorfix tablet. I had
another HIV test one month later and it came out negative. My wife also
had an HIV test 2 months later, after I my encounter the other lady and it came out
negtive. In the past 2 weeks, both myself and my wife had some feverish
conditions, and I have developed some swollen gland under the chin. I have just noticed my wife is also developing the swollen glands though she is unaware. The
medical practitioner said they are tonslities and prescribed some
antibiotic which I am taking, though there is no significant change. My wife is very faithful, and I am worried on how to say the maater out to her. For
these reasons,I am very afraid of going for another HIV test. Can We go for other tests like herpes and gonorhoea.
