On ocasion there are storage containersn for medical supplies or electronic gear that show up in surplus outlets. All of these have an elastomeric seal and a leveraged compression seal that totally seals the container. If one intends on keeping documents in a sealed container look for a dissicant packet to absorb moisture to place inside.
