Do you have friends that can support you during this extremely tough time?  How about a counselor?  You definitely need a support system in place.  Maybe you and your mom can lean on each other because you both are going through similar emotions.  I feel for you, it's so tough.

Just try to make new friends who aren't so depressed. If you're upset about the breakup, find other fun, exciting things to do. Have a girl's night out with your best friends or go shopping. For the parent's divorce, I'm 14 and I am surviving it. It will all be okay. It really isn't as terrible as it seems. You are just going through a tough time right now and try me, everything WILL get better.
