Wife moves out left 8 years daughter with me

She is packing now and will move out tomorrow. Still in the same town, work for the same company. 8 years daughter will stay with me except Saturday. She is have an affair with her former lover who is married and has a 1.5 years old son. After going through this difficult situation for more than one year, I can't wait for her to move out and I can start my new life with my daughter.

Lose someone who does not love me,
Get a life which is new.

But still feel the pain and can't sleep. Wish I could go through this very soon and get peach in mind.

Guess her former lover is not so former. You have the correct mindset on starting a new life. If it was me I would tell people at work if they asked she left so she could continue to have an affair with a married man, and leave it at that.

Please protect yourself, go see a lawyer and get an order of custody as soon as possible, even if the divorce is a long way off, you can get a stipulation for temporary custody and/or visitation schedule set out for her;  women who leave their children eventually are filled with guilt and regret it and somehow think that they are entitled to custody of their children no matter what they have done in the past, so she will one day try and come back and take your daugther from you.  If you do not have a stipulation or custody order, the police will let her take your daughter, they don't care about the facts.  I have been working for a divorce atty for over 18 years, trust me, you need to protect your daughter from this type of behavior, I have seen women do this before come back after their relationship falls apart and get their children back.  Please seek legal counsel and protect yourself from further heartache.   It is a strange thing for women to leave their children, but when they do, they soon regret it and then try to fix things  OR find themselves in a financial bind and think that if they had custody, they will then get child support and then they want the child/ren so that they can get child support.  I am a woman, I am not against women, but I have seen so many men get screwed out of their children, get only every other weekend and it makes no sense to me, Father's love their children as much as Mother's do and the country needs to move past their impression that women make better parents than men do.  I think if you ever leave your child, you should not be allowed to leave them again.

My wife did the same thing only left me with 3 children a 2 year old a 5 year old both girls and a 9 year old son with CP. They are the love of my life. I filed for custody and was given the opportunity to settle out of court with an agreement which I am waiting on her lawyer to look at so she doesn't feel "set up". A contract I wrote.

I read your post and you mentioned about your CP son. I know its not easy to raise CP child and with no hesitation taking over your child care shows you are such a very responsible father and your children  are lucky to have you.
