how do i take control of myself?

hi board, I'm new and i have similar problem with coromandel1980. it's been 1month since my bf dump me. i have tried everything to start over my life but i can't. it's only getting worse. i think i might have a depression. I'm feeling tired all the time, i lost my weight, i felt worthless and i thought about suicide. i even started to cut myself in order to make me feel a little bit better. i have no friend to talk to, my bf was my best friend since 8 years ago, we've stay together for 5 years. He's only i got. After i have been dumped and kicked out from our house i moved to my sister house. i lost my job and i don't know how to move on. i don't know what was happened, we have no problem. I thought i knew him, he's a good guy i have ever ask for but he change in just a blink. he even ask his family not to call him again. i want to gain control of myself again but i just don't know how.

To be quite honest, the only way I moved on was by relying on God.  I was happier when I was single devoting my life to God than I have ever been.  
If you find a good church home you will make good friends there that are mostly worth keeping. (but we're all human and soo far from perfect so we don't always make perfect friends) But that's what I would suggest.  Over time God will heal your heart and if you let him he'll show you how wonderful you are and show you he has an ever better man out there for you.  Better than anyone you could pick for yourself.
