legal rights??

im in oregon anyone else... i did my own divorce and had just a few questions. i cant go to legal aid. "we didnt have children together"

I dont know about Orgeon, but in Ohio, they sold a dissolution package in the local drug store.  As long as their are no children and both parties agreed to everything, they could get a divorce by filling out, signing and getting them registered with the court. 50 dollar filing fee and a month after, you were granted a divorce.  Might be worth checking into ?

just tough when we promised to pay a debt against my home.
now he runs off.and we have that debt.
Ive been going round and round in my head.
Hes holding 2 quads which are worth  16k
a trailer thats going to get repoed.. i cant even call the bank or they will go get it...
I finally got my exspensive truck he was driving away from him... he left me stranded all the time...
and i have my truck which need to be fixed.
anyhow....
like i said we wraked up debt.....
i asked for him to just pay the full payment till i get back on my feel.
and i get the stuff all back since it was held secured by home..

when i got my divorce there was no property involved just a plain simple divorce where the courthouse gave me the papers i filed i gave them to him he signed, i took them back to the courthouse paid a filing fee and that was it 6 mo later i was divorced

Make sure you both don't have any debts; property; children.  Everything is clear, then you can do self divorcing.  I had co-sign my ex's student loan.  When we did divorcing paper without the lawyer involved, I now stuck with the co-sign for life.  I don't recommend to do it by yourself if you have some debt or property.  Just pay lawyer to do it right and not have to have a mess afterward.  I regret that I didn't do that before.
