prenup??

Does anyone know about or have signed a prenup? Does anyone have information on how they work in a divorce if the wife is a homemaker??

It's my understanding that if you had poor or no legal representation when you signed a prenup agreement it might be declared invalid. I read your other post. And, I think that you might have a case to have yours invalidated since you signed on the evening of your marriage... presumably, with little or no forethought; and, I assume... without benefit of having a lawyer or attorney present to represent your interests.
Many lawyers, at least here in California, will give clients a free 15 minute consultation. So, for starters, why not try and find a few divorce attorneys who will give limited free advice or a low cost consultation. Briefly state your circumstances and finacial limitations and simply ask if your prenup is legally binding. If they think that you have legal cause, they might even take your case and represent you under contingency. That is to say, that in lieu of payment, they'll accept a percentage of the monetary allotment that you receive in a divorce settlement.
You have much to gain; and nothing to lose by trying.
