producing sperm

when doing autopsy can you tell that a man was still producing sperm

I am far from being a Dr but I would guess after a person is taken off of life support for organ donation that would be the end of it cause the reproductive system would be shut down way before autopsy would be performed prob. in most situations the next day or even two.
