10 day old pup bloated and not able to poop(please help)

I  took my 10 day old puppy to the vet about 2 or 3 days ago she was constipated and dehydrated we had to give her at home enemas but she is out of the enema medicine and has only gone on her own once since we ran out of enema, since she went on her own she has been trying to poop more but cant,we've been trying the warm rag on the the anal area and it isnt helping she hasnt been wining or anything but she is very bloated and we've been feeding her esbilac powderd milk that the vet gave us and last time we tried to feed her she started choking and ever since she has been bloated and still unable to go what do i do to help the poor thing?

I don't know enough about puppy care especially at this early stage. So I'm hoping someone will come along very quickly, who does...

The best advice I can give you is rush out and get some more enema medicine. It's not the long-term solution, but it might be the best thing to do for now, if she obviously id having difficulty 'going' on her own.  And the vet may want to take another look at her, to rule out any possible blockages, or other problems. Take her with you, if you can. But keep her warm.
I read your other post, so know that you are well aware that a young pup has to be stimulated "artificially" to do a poop, by wiping the anal area with a warm damp cloth (a substitute for the mother's tongue) Usually there's no problem with this, so I've heard, and the pup gradually outgrows this stage.
So if you've been doing all that to no avail, something has to be wrong. Unfortunately, I don't know what.
A thought just occurred to me...I wonder if she has a heavy worm-load on board? Many many puppies are born with worms.

I would take her back to the vet ASAP.  If she is eating she should be pooping, how often did your vet tell you to stimulate her anal area?  As ginger899 said, possibly worms, but since she threw up I would be afraid there might be a blockage.  Did your vet say this is normal for a puppy that age?  What happened to her mother, its too bad you don't know of another dog that has puppies, maybe you could have her blend in with the rest.

she doesnt have a mother because we found her in the middle of nowhere suffering from heat exposure because it was 102 degrees, there were no other puppies or her mother around we waited for a while to see if the mother would come around but she didnt.therefore we brought her home to nurse her back to health, she was doing fine until the digestive issue came along,we recently tried giving her a water enema and it worked and made her go but next time we tried it,it didnt work whatsoever.
