2 questions baout my dog HELP

decided to post this here since the general health forum seems dead, and i usually post here...but if im violating a rule im sorry. Might be a dumb question, but the exterminator came today at about 11:30 in the morning. He sprayed the whole house except for two rooms(my room and the family room). I triede to keep the dog off the floor for most o the day, but he just laid down on it at 5:25...so around 6 hours after spraying. I figure the spray is all dried up, but im guessing something is there otherwise how would it kill bugs for months? anyway my question is if he will be ok, and if he can lay on the floor without me worrying? Right now he's in the non treated room on the couch with the fan on him :;p.

bonus question.... Winston has had a subcutaneous cyst(uunder skin) for about 1 year 1 month. IMO it hasnt really changed much in size..althpugh it has grown some. Back in december or november the vet aspirated it in his office and said it was clear with no cells and there was no need to send it to the lab. We brought him in for a followup today, and the vet aspirated it and said it was mostly clear, but not 100 percent. He sent it in to the lab. He said he thinks it may be fat cells and a fatty mass...does this sound probable. Also when he aspirated it in november, he caused the cyst to get infected and to abcess...another vet told me cancer doesnt abcess?

vet actually told me to remove it and aspirating is a waste of money but glad  itrusted my instinct ;)

First, don't worry about the exterminator unless the dog is licking the floor. Second, the thing about cysts is even if they are surgically removed, they can grow back. Aspirating seems to be the wisest decision a vet could make. Probably saved you thousands of dollars. All cysts are not cancerous. Some are fatty tumors. Listen to your vet, and good luck. All that he is saying sounds right on to me.

I would call the bug company and ask them they know their chemicals best, the next time they spray ask for a pet and kid friendly one.
