2 week old puppy...help

I have a puppy that will be 2 weeks old 2-18-15 he a Chihuahua mix. He was one of 3 puppies 2 which died at birth. The mother dog has nothing to do with him since birth I have bottle fed him from day one. He has been doing great eating good using bathroom like he should till today, he whining alot not eating and body kinda limp feeling!!!! What's wrong with my baby I have grown very attached to him very attached someone please help!!!

It could be any number of things and agree with ginger. Hope you have gone to the Vet. Puppies can go downhill very quickly.

Please take him to the vet. This does not sound good. He is very young and at that age they are so vulnerable, especially with his history. I hope he will be okay after veterinary assessment and treatment.
