Hi, is your dog spayed? If not, these could be signs of Pyometra. It can be deadly...I would take her in immediatley..This disease can cause death if not treated!

Pale gums always indicate a health problem that needs urgent attention. Dogs are famous for being stoical, and often hide their pain, that probably accounts for those 'spurts of energy'
But don't wait. Take her today to be seen by a vet.

The not eating well could be emotional, but if her gums are truly white, she needs to get to a vet ASAP.  This normally indicates internal bleeding or severe shock in dogs.
Good luck and please let us know what happens.
