9 weeks old puppy not eating

I have a 9 weeks old poodle.  I have had her for almost 11 days, she has been sick for those 11. At first I figured it was from being away from her mom and on a new food.  The first 3 or 4 days she would not eat, she had watery stool, she was vomiting....all the symptoms of parvo so I took her to the vet.  It was not parvo, her WBC was on the low end of normal and she was a little anemic, they gave her antibotics.  Now this is day 11 and she has showed only a little improvement, she is up walking around more, she drinks good, no more vomiting, she acts interested in soft food by licking it, but won't eat it.  She still has diarrhea and I am having to syringe feed her.  What could it be?  The vet said the only options I have are to keep doing what I am doing, run expencive tests or have her put to sleep.

you should take the puppy to a different vet to see what they have to say. Did you get the puppy from a breeder or petshop because this little baby could of come from a puppymill.

Has she been tested for worms and parasites?
