Austrailian Shepard Skin Problems

My new puppy (8 Weeks) has what appears to be dandruff in his fur and I started to check it out and there are little bumps on his head similar to cradle cap on a baby. What can I do to get rid of it. I gave him a bath and brushed him well but it is still there.
