If you read BIGMAMA'S post, she said that she has an appointment for her dog on Wednesday. If you must be nasty, it might make more sense to make sure that the situation you choose to be nasty about actually exists.

You need to invest a little bit of money and take your dog to the vet. If not, then you should not keep him.

It sounds to me like tapeworm segments. When they dry up they are yellow in color and they're about half the size of a grain of rice. Over the counter wormers will not work on tapeworms, tapes require a special kind of wormer. The idea with a tapeworm is to kill the head, which attaches itself to the intestinal lining. There are two good wormers for getting rid of tapeworms, both of them are available from your vet. One is Cestex, it's a small red pill. The other is Droncit, and it is injectable. There is another wormer called Drontal that kills other worms besides tapeworms (Cestex and Droncit are strictly for tapeworms) so if your dog has not been wormed in a while, it might be best to take a fecal sample in to the vet's office and let them process it to see if there are other internal parasites as well. That way you can worm the dog for everything at once.

There are over-the-counter worm medicines you could try, but since you don't know exactly what kinds of worms you're dealing with these meds may not be effective. Since you've only had this dog 2 weeks, you really need to take him to the vet for an overall checkup. It is even more vital that you do this because he came from an abusive situation. There is no telling if he's ever had medical care of any kind - including rabies vaccination. Think of it this way: if you adopted an abused child, wouldn't you take that child to a doctor?
he eats good sleeps good every things good except this problem here can you buy something in stores
No, people can't get them. I doubt it's whip worms as they don't show up in feces because they're so tiny. Your best bet is to have your vet assess the problem and prescribe an appropriate worm treatment. Heartworm preventive medication also prevents intestinal worm infestation, but won't get rid of already existing worms.
We rescued a dog who was probably born in the wild. Lord only knows what happened to his mother and siblings. We found him by the side of a dirt road in the country - starving and bald from mange and skin infection. In addition to mange dips every 2 weeks, the vet wormed him twice and we thought that was the end of it. As the mange kept coming back every 2 weeks, our vet tried one heartworm treatment in desperation. (These were the days before ivermectin.) I had no idea it was arsenic and was horrified at how sick he got within 30 minutes of the injection. It didn't cure the mange, but that poor dog had 2 days of diarrhea that culminated in the last several movements being nothing but solid masses of worms. Unbelievable. Never had a worm problem after that episode!
CAN PEOPLE CATCH THEM ARE THEY CURABLE
CAN YOU BUY SOME THING FROM THE STORE
Sounds like worms. Possibly whip worms. Take him to the vet as soon as possible.
