CHF in small dogs
My 12 yr old Lhasa was just dx with CHF after a X-ray revealed enlarged heart and fluid in her lungs.
Her labs also showed she is also diabetic and they also found a bladder stone which requires surgery.
She plays with her ball and her big brother every morning, I just can't believe she is that sick, her cough is horrible of the morning and after exercise but if not for that she seems fine.
They want a ultrasound of her heart and more test before giving me any melds for her. Anyone else had a similar experience or know what I can expect at this point.
