Can i feed my dog hemp seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds?

I make green smoothie's everyday and use primarily dark leafy green vegetables such as kale, spinach, parsley, cilantro, etc.  I also mix in a tablespoon of hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and after it's mixed up into a thick smoothie would like to add a few tablespoons to my dogs food.

Wondering if it's safe?

Thanks for your help.

This all sounds really good for your dog!

I know Flax seeds are okay for them.
There is a good article here about adding Hemp to your dog's diet:

and about chia seeds and your dog...

You wil have to watch of course, as not all 'good' things suit every digestion! Too many of these seeds for example might result in loose bowels. Just see how your dog does with them in his diet. Also it's best that they are whizzed up in a blender, as you do it, because if they are given whole, they are going to come out the other end exactly as they went in and do no good!

All the vegetables you mention are fine for dogs. Most vegetables are, so long as the dog likes them and will eat them -except Avocado (which is technically a fruit anyway) Of course, just like humans, some dogs are allergic to certain things, or certain things may suit their digestion more than others.
The one I am unsure of is "Cilantro". (either the same as "Coriander" or closely related to Coriander as far as I can make out.)
I have heard a lot of ups and downs in the advice about giving it to dogs. Some say a tiny bit now and again is okay....some say "no".
