Concerned Puppy Mom

My pit bull had a litter of pups, and she got very aggressive and ate 4 out of 8, an I know have the remaining 4 inside, 2 seem to be very healthy, and the other 2, they are not so well. Today makes then 12 days old, and they were brought inside at 11 days. One has a very severe facial injury, swollen all around his head, eye, nose and mouth, on one side, while the other seems to be under nourished, and is continuing to have muscle spasms. The one having spasms, he has begun drinking more and more milk, and I am very thankful for this, although the one with the injury, he is very hard to feed, and isn't taking in very much, I believe it has a lot to do with being sore, but I want my Rocky to be a champ and pull through this. Does anyone know anything that I could do to make both of the babies that are having a hard time, a little easier, and maybe reduce their pain so I can get them on track and hopefully have healthy babies, Any intake would be greatly appreciated !

I don't really know how to put it, but the mom will eat her young if Nature has made them "imperfect." The ones that aren't eating, you should really get a vet's opinion. There are so many BAD breeders out there, and you don't want to fall into that category should you ever decide to breed them. That is if they make it. Only a certified vet can give you that answer. My prayers are with you.

Agree!  They need to be seen by a VET ASAP!!  That one pup pribably has an infection, if not worse.  You need to have them checked and let the Vet evaluate them and advise you how to care for them.  I could give you some advice but hesitate to do so under these circumstances.  Please don't say you can't afford it.  If that is the case, you should not take on the responsibility of breeding.  If you female has killed pups, I "strongly" advise you have her spay and not breed her again.
Not meaning to sound harsh but those pups need to see a Vet.

At that very young age I definitely would have a vet look at them, ASAP.  They will not last long if they're not getting enough food, they need more help than you can give.
