Margot gave you some great advice. There's not much to add to that except Heinz chicken soup is NO WAY going to help with constipation.
Human soups can be too much for dogs because of the salt added, and also can sometimes be dangerous for dogs because they contain onion/onion powder etc (for flavouring) Onions are toxic for dogs.
Canned soups are really not goid for dogs. Most are high in sodium. The best broth is homemade but you need to make sure to skim off the fat.
Is your dog having constipation problems? If so, what are you feeding and is your dog cinsuming enough liquids?
A good additive for constipation is fresh or canned pumpkin (not the pie filling). You can add a couple of spoonfuls a day.
You can also add bran to the diet daily. Bran Buds are ok.
Adding fresh vegetables like green beans (if using canned, meet low sodium), carrots, zucchini shredded.
And, exercise is important to help keep things moving.
