Do you have to pay to ask a vet a ?

I've been asking the question about my dog having dry eye and I've gotten no response.  I asked the Vet forum as well and no response.  Hmmmm

The vet forum can take awhile, they don't answer every day.  I wish I could help you, but dry eye is one of the few things I haven't encountered with my animals.  Sorry.
