German Shepherds and Rottweilers are two of the breeds that are predisposed to suffering from hip dysplasia.  Have you had your dog's hips x-rayed yet?  Even though she is not a purebred she is the product of two breeds for whom hip dysplasia is a HUGE problem, so there is a chance that she has it.

Your dog is young yet and could have hip subluxation without it causing her a whole lot of trouble yet.  If it is present, however, she could have problems as she gets older.

Now, this is not to say that this is what her current problem is, however this type of thing often happens to dogs with CHD (canine hip dysplasia).  Even if her hip or leg seems fine after a day or two I would still make an effort to have her x-rayed in the near future just because she IS a GSD/Rottweiler mix.  That way you will know whether or not she is subluxated and to what degree, and you will know if you have to keep an eye on her as she ages.  Also, if you know whether or not she has a problem, you can supervise her activities and not let her do things that could hurt her, like doing a lot of jumping.

Please keep us posted and let us know how she is and what the result of your vet visit is if you take her.
