Dog lossing weight fast

Hi my name is Jen, and I have a 10 yo Dachshund. She was recently lost 3 lbs in 1 week. What really scares me is that is appears to be muscle, she was around 11 lbs before and now weights in at 8. which is very small for her, you can see all her bones. I was just wondering if there were any suggestions for what to do do help her gain back weight, our vet ran a blood test and said everything was normal, but I don't know... HELP PLEASE

Is she eating normally? If I were you, I would go back to the vet as soon as possible. That does not sound normal to me.
