Money is always tight, I understand that.  But, she is your family!!  Take her to a vet that will bill you monthly.  Has she been vaccinated?

Totally agree with Ghilly.  This could be any number of things from Parvo to some virus to her ingesting something to a blockage, etc. No was could we give advice. She really does need to be checked and ASAP.

Whenever vomiting and/or diarrhea are present in a puppy for more than a day or so I suspect parvo.  You need to get her to a vet no matter how tight money is, because if she has been sick for the last four days and hasn't eaten or had anything to drink she is likely dehydrated by now and needs IV fluids.  She obviously has something wrong with her and if she is just laying on the ground shivering it is likely something serious.  Dogs shiver when they are in pain.  PLEASE, GET HER TO A VET TODAY.  Please, also, post back and let us know how she is.
