My vet accepts the Care Credit credit card.  It's a card that you use at only places like the vet, or the dentist, or the eye doctor. The card also has a great pay plan, if you pay the balance of that particular visit off within 6 months, there's no interest. I know in these hard times, who wants another credit card payment, but that card has saved me in unexpected vet visits many time over.
I'm sure your vet has some kind of payment plan, or has something like the care credit card available.

Your dog needs attention ASAP, don't let him suffer anymore.  Work something out with the vet.

Hey,

Yes, what have 2 said.  Your Dog needs IMMEDIATE Veterinary care.  It's not like if you take him and can't pay the Vet they won't treat him.  Work it out instead of letting your Dog suffer and maybe die.

It sounds like an allergic reaction, something stuck in throat, snake bite?

GO TO THE VET or ANIMAL ER!  What would you do if this was your kid?

You need to find a way to get him to a vet.   Have you tried arranging payments with the vet?   Perhaps you can borrow the money or sell something?    If you can't get him the care he needs please consider turning him into a rescue group or shelter.
