My dog is pregnant, she is dew in a week, I took her to the vet today and he gave her a shot to induce contractions, and a xray( she is having 4 babies) Will this shot make her have the puupies like tomarrow, or does she still have another week?

She should have them within 24 hours or at least begin contractions. Which would mean that you already have a litter! Good luck to all of them!
