I think my dog is sick

I have a 4 year old chow mix and lately she has been acting unusually and I think there might be some concern.  Here is a list of the unusual behavior:

-Limping when she gets up from laying down.

-waking up in the middle of the night pacing and wimpering until I fill her bowl up with water at which time she will lap up the water as if she has never drank before. (she drinks about 3 bowl of water a day)

-throwing up yellow bile

-she seems extremely tried all the time

-laping up on herself for hours

-and more recently i have noticed that she will lay on the floor and scratch her nose between her two front paws as if her teeth were bothering her (but I look at her teeth and gums and there seems to be no problems)

I have looked at her ears they are clean and a healthy pink, her teeth are clean and gums clean as well, her eyes seems a little cloudy and sad which is abnormal, her bowel movements haven't changed she goes three times a day but very occasionally has slight constipation, breathing is normal, and weight has not changed.  Should I be concerned?  Is there anything that may be causing all of these weird things to be happening?  Should I just take her to her vet?

Thank you so much for all your advice.  I did take Katie to her vet and she diagnosed her with both an ear infection and a urinary track infection.  They took extra blood and urine samples for cultures and I will get those results within the next 3 days but the vet seems to think those are the only two problems.

Please take her to the vet immediately, first thing you do when you get there is ask for blood work.  Symptoms are not sounding good.    Let us know the outcome.  Good Luck!!!!! Aggieone
