You will need some antibiotic ointment I would think.but it really needs to be seen by a Vet as it could be something else.There is no cheap fix as its so near the eye.
You could try your local chemist he might have some idea.
You could get some.....illium flucort cream .....its antibiotic, cortisone and anesthetic
Try online pet supplies as in the best all round healer I have ever had, use it for my family too my doc says its safe.
I can only get it through my Vet in Aus but in the USA you can get it from pet supplies.
think its about $25 here in Aus its $95 not fair.
