Incontinence
I recently adopted a female spayed 3 1/2 year old labradoodle who is 60 lbs.
Blood tests, Lab work, urinalysis and X-ray have all come back normal.  She is consuming normal amounts of food and water.  Her activity level appears normal.

I have two concerns.
1.  She does not regularly go to the bathroom.  She will go up to 24 hrs without peeing.  The vets can't explain why.
2.  She does not leak but has peed once while laying on her side resting.  After reading her vet information, this issue had been raised with the vet in may and December of last year.  The dr suggests proin for treatment.  Everything I have read usually links leaking with involuntary peeing so I am confused how she can go for extended periods without peeing and not leak but still have incontinence issues.

Any suggestions?

Could be any number of reasons this is happening and too much to type here.
Do a Google search for Incontinence in dogs. You may find some useful information.
Good luck
