Jack Russell cant walk or balance

I have a 13 year old Jack Russell. He has had a hard time walking for several years. But no pain. He just kind of bounced around like a rabbit. Now, he falls over. He can barely stand to pee, and lays on his side to poo. He will eat and drink. But his quality of life in my opinion, *****. Any Ideas??

Ah, sounds like he us having old age issues.  Have you taken him to the Vet for an exam?  Could be a spinal issue, arthritis, etc.  there might be meds your Vet can give that might help.  As hard as it us, you might have to consider his quality of live and make some decisions.
