Our 9 year old Shih Tzu was diagnosed with Cushings a few months ago. The only real change in behaviour we have noticed is that his legs seem to give out on him from time to time. It is almost as though he is on ice and his legs just kind of straighten out and give way. Has anyone else noticed this as a symptom of Cushings or are we attributed this to Cushings when in fact it may be something else?
Our dogs legs would get weak when she had Cushings, and from time to time we would have to carry her outside. She would walk around a little and do her thing, and then we carried her in. It didn't happen all the time.
