Well, strange though it may sound, dogs can suffer nausea at the onset of pregnancy..."morning-sickness"! They sometimes vomit, though not always, but can be a bit picky with their food, on and off for a while.
It's caused by the changing hormone levels, usually. And it most often goes away fairly quickly, and soon they are eating for two (or five, or six, as the case may be!)

Yes, she will need high nutrition to support her through pregnancy and whelping. I would make sure you have a feeding plan, (she will need more frequent meals than before as her pregnancy progresses, and will need a highly-nutritious food)
I wish I could recommend a food for her, but as I live in England we have different dog foods over here, so maybe ask the vet for advice, or do some good research about this.

It's very likely that her appetite will kick in again naturally. I would say keep encouraging her to eat, by trying tasty foods she might like (suitable for dogs....not table scraps) but at this stage don't be too worried....unless she shows any other symptoms like a lot of vomiting, or lethargy, etc. I would keep an eye on her carefully to make sure these symptoms are not symptoms of illness.  Most likely she IS pregnant, and that is what is causing her appetite loss, but if at any stage you feel that she is showing signs of being unwell, do take her to be seen by the vet.

You could try cooking tasty treats especially for her, to see if you can tempt her. Most dogs who are a bit 'iffy' with food love a bit of grilled or boiled chicken (no seasoning) or a bit of grilled/steamed (de-boned) fish. Scrambled egg is good. You could try her with some wholewheat pasta, or some brown rice (unseasoned) I know beef doesn't have much popularity as often it can be associated with allergies, but my dog adores a bit of organic lean ground beef  cooked with carrot and peas. Fortunately she has no allergy problems.
And whatever people might think about pork and dogs....I have never yet met a dog that could refuse a treat of a slice or two of grilled good lean back bacon. The low-salt unsmoked bacon if available is best.

Well it seems if her body is craving something ,,,have you tried different dog food ? if you have get her onto a good multi vitamin for pregnant females and see what happens. In your food are there vegies?
the trouble is she now likes your food better than her own.
Can you make extra for her as long as it is a good balanced diet I always do fresh food for my dogs, feed her chicken meat with vegies.
also feed fresh minced beef
Do you have salt in your food as that is maybe what she is going after.!
If she goes off food altogether that could be a worry and of course straight to the Vet... even now is she bright and happy or very listless???
if the latter the Vet quick sharp.
When we are pregnant we often go off types of food and drink so you will have to stop her old diet.
The main thing is that her puppies are growing well inside her and ******* have an inbuilt sense what is good for her so go along with this all things being equal.
When she is feeding her puppies her appetite should return but what is better than fresh food I hate tinned dog food she is a good judge.
