You obviously care a great deal about your puppy, as you've taken them time and effort to administer a course of treatment that you THOUGHT would be helpful, and also taken time to post here and ask us our opinion.
As those above me have said, take your little one to the vet, sweetie. He is in obvious distress, and only a professional will be able to definitively diagnose what he's got going on, and recommend the correct course of treatment.
I applaud your efforts to try and help your baby, but get him to a vet ASAP. If you don't have a regular vet, take him to an animal hospital or animal ER.
Your profile says you live in San Juan Texas, is that correct? I just looked on Google, and there's an animal hospital called "North 10th Street Animal Hospital". I've not been to this place nor am I specifically recommending it and you could just as easily gone to Google and looked yourself, but I thought I'd lend you a hand as it sounds like they're full at the moment.

Good luck kiddo. Please let us know what happens and how it turns out.

***GET YOUR PUPPY TO THE VET ASAP***
OMG!! Misfits is absolutely right. This puppy had not shots? You never vaccinate a dog that is sick and the Tylenol is toxic. You need to get that pup to the Vet ASAP but I'm afraid, if it is Parvo, you may have to prepare yourself for the worst.
Do you have any other dogs there??? You need to get a definite diagnosis on that puppy.
Good lord! I don't know about the Aloe, but Tylenol is TOXIC to dogs....The Parvo shot you gave him will do nothing if he has already contacted the disease....Your dog will be dead if you don't get him professional treatment...Quit quessing and get this poor guy to an Emergency Clinic, NOW....He's suffering!!!!!
