Paw blisters

I am extremely concerned about my dogs paw blister problem. I have a 5 year old female pitbull. For the past 6 weeks she has been getting multiple blood blisters that started in her back left paw and now has started coming up on all 4 paws. The blister come up between her toes and also on areas of her paw. She has been to the vet a number of times and been on various antibiotics, she has also had a small operation to send a sample of the skin on the side of her paw sent to a specialist to be tested - no cancer etc was picked up. She has just finished her last course of antibiotics and the paw is now worst than it was before. I am extremely concerned and the vet does not know what this problem is. I am taking her to another vet tomorrow morning to get a second opinion but maybe I can also get some answers on here.
She doesn't seem in pain at all but only in the past few days a lot if new blisters have formed and she is licking them all the time. On her back paw her paw pad has blown up hugely. Please could someone advise me if they have seen / heard of similar cases? I am extremely worried now as in the past 4 days this has got increasingly worse. I cannot upload a picture on my iPhone it will not allow me but I can upload one tomorrow from my PC

Blister in dogs are mostly occur when your dog often walks on hot pavements or hot sand. This causes your dog's paw to burn easily, resulting to blister.

Try these methods for now to avoid worsening her blister:

- clean it with water clean. Do not use  peroxide.
- Apply prescribed ointment for dog blister twice a day until it heal

If your pooch blister is in severe condition, veterinary intervention is needed.

Jerry has a good point.  What surfaces is she on regularly?  You have a canine Dermatologist or Vet school near you for another opinion?

I'd think real hard about what you dog's feet have been exposed to   Any new cleaners used on floors/carpets?  What about outside, do you know/control all the outside areas your dog is exposed to?

Sounds like a contact problem, not an internal problem...just guessing.
