She has sudden distended stomach that is tender high white blood cell count abdominal xray showed that intestines and colon seem out of place, food isnt digesting at normal rate, she refuses to eat everything else on blood test seemed normal waiting on results from stool sample.
She also walks very slowly and has trouble on the stairs and standing up she walks like she is very soar
A high white cell count is not normal. This sounds like a serious condition that needs immediate attention, assuming I am understand this. Why is he doing a fecal?
My brother had a german shepherd that had developed similar symptoms. It turned out that his intestine had flipped in one section and could not evacuate food. The vet operated inmediately and had to remove a section that was developing gangrene. He pulled through but any delays would have resulted in his death. Please make sure the vet checks this out.
