I'm so sorry, I don't understand these blood values fully myself. By the look of it -at a glance -with the limited knowledge I have I would say this showed some level of infecton. But as I don't really know, I recommend you re-post on the "Ask a Vet Expert Forum" where you might get some professional help to understand what is going on.
There's a link just down the page. Go to "Related Forums" down on the right, then click on "Experts", then click on "Animal Health General". There can be a limit to the number of questions posted per day, but if you keep checking in there, you will get through soon.

In the meantime -why not ask your vet what all this means? That's what they are there for. You could even ask to discuss your dog's blood results by phone. They won't usually charge any extra for that. It's in their duty of care.

Just as an off-chance....have a word with your vet about the possibility of Lyme disease.....or at least eliminate that.

Boy...I sure wish I could help you with these lab values, but unfortunately...I can't.  I think that others have looked at this post, and also don't know how to help...If they did, you would have heard something by now....
May I ask...what did the vet tell you was causing these elevated values.???? Has he told you the dog has a certain disease....
Also, is your dog currently taking any medications that could be responsible for the elevated levels...?
Now, If you can give all of us a possible disease that you may be dealing with, then we could probably be of some help...Hope to hear from you soon...Connie
