My son's pit got to my pit , which I didn't know she had came into heat, she is only 9 months old,how will I be able to tell if she is with puppies?

If you know for a fact that the mating was complete (ie did they make a "tie"...that is when the two dogs get stuck together for a few minutes, back end to back end) -then you can bet for sure she will be pregnant. A female will not mate unless she is anatomically ready, and that means at a certain time during her heat cycle. So if a female mates, it means for sure she is on heat.
Now, your little pit is WAY too young to be getting pregnant and bearing a litter of pups. This could put so much strain on her and not be good for her at her age.
I know it's too late. The deed is done. But I think you need to get her to a vet as soon as possible. (like today) I think there is a canine version of the "morning after pill" which might be advisable in her case....but you will need the vet's advice about this.
On the other hand, if in the vet's opinion, she will be fine with the pregnancy and birth (?) then you need to be 100% certain that you have the resources to cope with the care she and the pups will need, the vets' bills, the innoculations, worming and goodness knows what else for the pups, the possible extra expenses....etc
