Puppy Problems

My puupies are a mixed breed (rat terrier and poodle) and they were just barely born (September 16, 2011). It started when i found one of the two of my puupies on the floor just moaning. hey weren't that loud but it sounded like it couldnt breath or it had something blocking her nostrils. I gave him water but he just drank a little. Usually he's energetic and would come running but he just stood there. Then i gave him milk which he loves to drink and he sill stould there where he was. Ichecked up on him and he was on the ground just laying there without energy and the milk and water was still there. I checked on him in the morning and he was dead. The same thing is happening to my other puppy and i don't know what to do. I want to prevent the same thing from happening to the puppy. So what should I do?

Take the puppy to the vet.  There is no way that we can begin to guess what may have gone wrong with the first puppy or what is happening to this puppy now.  You need to take it to the vet before it is too late and you lose this one too.
